Shipping and Returns

Delivery

Delivery of your purchases is normally within 7-10 days but may be sooner.
 

Delivery Charges

Almost all items ship from us with a base delivery charge of £20 per item.

A lot of the items we sell are quite heavy for shipping purposes and we factor some of the delivery costs into the planter prices.

Delivery charges are subject to variation. Delilvery charges are higher for some postcodes due to higher courier costs.
The website endeavours to give you an accurate quotation on delivery, however we reserve the right to amend the delivery charge. In the unlikely event that we have to do this we will notify you in advance and offer a refund if an agreement cannot be met.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. All you need to do is advise us by email or through the contact form. On receipt of your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.

If a custom built planter is cancelled and we have already constructed it we reserve the right to charge you £50 or 10% of your order before shipping charges whichever is greater.

Returns

Unwanted Items

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order in which to advise us in writing that you do not want to keep the goods. Notification can be sent via email or through the contact form. After we have acknowledged your request, we ask that you do the following to assist with return of the goods:
 
  • The products must be returned in there original condition
  • Please make the products available for collection within 14 calendar days
  • We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the items being returned, excluding delivery and collection charges
  • If you are returning a custom built planter we reserve the right to charge you £50 or 10% of your order before shipping charges whichever is greater.
 

Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive your item in unsatisfactory condition, you should endeavour to contact us as soon as possible. We will then make arrangements to rectify the problem.

We may agree to replace or refund the item - note that in some cases a replacement item may not be available.

Refunds for defective items shall be limited to the original purchase price paid for the item. Once the goods are back at our warehouse and have been inspected, we will confirm the refund amount due by e-mail and make the repayment within 7 days.
 

Refunds

Refunds will be provided using the same method as your original payment. Please note refunds may take 7 working days to be processed.
